Pickup trucks used to be a sign of macho back in the day when they were tough, you either drove one for work or because you liked them but today most pickups are just big cars with an open trunk.

Sports cars used to fall into the macho grouping to, they were expensive to buy and maintain and most people couldn't handle them or afford them but today they are everywhere. people have more money today and they spend it.

This leaves the motorcycle. Harley guys are tough and macho or at least try to project that. Rice Rockets are cool but they don't get the thumbs up from me unless there is a hot chick hugging tight on the back. It is even better if a hot chick is riding the bike but that is something different than macho.

I've heard that these giant mining trucks are being converted to use robot drivers. So it does not qualify as 'macho' unless there is such a thing as a macho robot.

Dirt bikes & Sport bikes (on track). ATVs are dangerous because beginners roll them and get their skulls crushed because they don't wear a helmet etc. Mostly they just putt around at 10-15mph. Race quads on a track are pretty impressive and very dangerous.

When Redbull start sponsoring and televising guys driving around in their sport cars or truck, then they can join the list .
