Not necessarily. A lot of times I've had someone laying on the horn for me to take an illegal right on red. Or it might be someone pissed that I am slowing down to take a right turn or some stupid, yet legal driving move that gets in their way of speeding to their final destination.
When light goes green, I've been tailgated, cut off, passed and flipped off...etc.
A lot of times these guys look like they are one donut away from a heart attack anyway. Need ot learn to relax a bit!
