The goal of a dealership is to SELL CARS. Most people do not have strong feelings about white/grey/black cars. They are OK, hence more likely to sell. You might love a blaze orange car, but chances are a lot of people are going to hate it. Dealers don't want cars that are going to sit on the lot for months on end until the right buyer comes along because they have unpopular options. Having neutral colors makes them appeal to the widest possible audience.

Agreed. When i went to the dealer recently (looking for a royal blue in the car I wanted), the lot was FILLED with white, silver, beige, and a couple black. I had to have them search, because I was not leaving the lot with ANY of those colors. Everyone is driving those colors, the highways are full of clones.

Blue is the color for the common man. Boring and dull.

popular trend, or maybe white/silver cars don't show dirt/imperfections as well.

Dark blue is my favorite color. For cars and just in general.

I find grey and white boring and dull.
