I just bought a 98 Integra GS-R and I have noticed I just don't see any other Integras on the road at all and I live in the LA area where theres lots and lots of cars.
They made them from 94 to 2001 so thats 8 years and they were popular, they sold lots of them and they all look about the same.
I doubt that very many got junked or are sitting in backyards, where did they go?

I live in NYC and these cars were very common in the early/mid 2000s, but you're absolutely right, i haven't seen one in a few years. In fact, I almost never even see an RSX around.

My guess is that after the fast and furious trend, a lot of these were bought up by ricers who modded them out to the point of no return and they've since died out from abuse?

I don't remember the last time I saw a 2 door Integra, but I still see the 4 door version every now and then.

Had one back in the 90s. Loved it other than the crummy turn signal lens which always got stolen, cost like $300 to replace.

I did see a few recently, in rough shape though.

Btw, they were built from 1986 to 2001 (1st gen: 1986-1993).

I did have the 2nd gen though, with those buggy eyes.

I work on a race track one weekend a month. I see several Integras. Usually completely stripped, and heavily modified.

Probably just old and worn out. I do not see that many of any other 90's era car anymore.

^^ This. You're talking 15 year old cars at least. I do see them from time to time. But certainly make sense why you wouldn't see them everywhere.

I had a '91 GS. I remember getting upset because Acura started to put their badge on the nose the year after mine. I thought that looked better.

Those things were everywhere though.

Most of them were either stolen/wrecked or beat into the ground. I had a 94 GSR, and it was the best car I have never owned. If it hadn't gotten stolen, I would still be driving it today.

Abused, wrecked and rusted away. Those early Integra in the late 80's will have rust on the floor board after getting beat up with salt road (at least here in the NE). I had one in the mid 90's as a beater and floor board started to go.

The Type R was a fun car.
