Depends if you plan on towing since the Yukon/Tahoe is based on a 1/2-ton PU truck chassis where the 6.0/6.2 Vortec V-8 with tow/haul pkg will tow alot more then the Toyota 4Runner with the 4.0 V6 and 4.7 V8 and Nissan Pathfinder 4.0 V6
Considering you keep getting raped every time you take your little Honda in for service and cheap out on even the most basic services, I'd stick with disposable cars if I were you.
Yukon. My brother has a 4 Runner that's a couple of years old now. Considering they rarely drive it anymore, it all but lives on the back of a wrecker. It has to be one of the worst vehicles the family has ever had. I look for them to trade into a good vehicle next year, and it won't be Toyota. The Yukon is just about everything you need in a vehicle like that. Rides great, gets decent gas mileage, handles great, comfy, reliable (yeah, I know, but it is one of GMs better vehicles), what's not to like, except maybe the price. Bud has a Pathfinder and it has been reliable but tall folks like me can't ride in one and be comfy. They're short on head room and they ride like a small vehicle- rough. His is not a 4x4. If you're under 6 ft, might be worth a look but you need to know, come trade in, be prepared to take a bath on it.
i'd say the T4R is obviously the "best" all-around vehicle, but you'll pay for it with the insanely high resale.
The Toyota 4-Runner is the best overall, but a 2010-2012 Pathfinder can be a very good deal. The 2005-2009 Pathfinder (and Frontier pickups with the same 4.0L V6) had a problem with coolant leaking into the transmission. It caused the transmission to fail (usually out of warranty) and repairs of $3000-$5000 were common.
You've already hit on the 4-Runner's high resale value, so this may be irrelevant to you. But the 2003-2009 Lexus GX470 was based on the 4-Runner and has the same bulletproof powertrain. Either one, the Toyota or Lexus, will go well beyond 200k miles without any problems with basic maintenance (oil changes, etc.).

4Runner, but it should have been sold by now
