the front turn signal on my 2013 Murano is so bright I can see it flash off the street sign next to the traffic light at the intersection. My headlights on the other hand suck. Low beams are way too dim and brights are normal bright with is fine but I can't just drive with brights on.

This topic has been redone many times, it's known that auto headlights are lacking.

New IIHS ratings show most headlights are lacking

maybe my eyes are different, but I don't really have an issue with this. I spend plenty of time on the roads and don't really have issues with modern, OE style lights, whether it's HID, halogen or LED.

Only time I have issues is with aftermarket setups where someone will stuff an HID kit into a halogen housing and it glares...badly. Pretty obvious when you see a kit like that are the lights are usually deep blue or something annoying as well.

Factory systems? Not really. They have some pretty good cutoff lines these days.

You're right, but we literally will see a police car in our village once or twice a month on patrol. The closes settlement is 30 miles away. But your point is well taken.

I saw a brand new caddilac the other day its headlights were blinding bright. You could look away or anything to minimize the glare.

Also studies show that bright wide beams causes more animal fatalities because the light blinds and freezes them in the middle of the road. A deer would not run when they see an excessively bright light shine on them,

I had that happen and adjusted my vehicles rear views to flare back at them...They backed off a distance and dropped their high beams....

I flashed a cop twice to ask him to turn off the high beams. As I passed him, he pulled a u-turn and pulled me over. He asked me what I was doing. I was like, "duh!" although I told him I didn't mean to do the second flash. He went back to his car. He then came back. No ticket, but he said he told me to stop being an *******. This was on a two lane road, far from a city.

Passive aggressive? You bet. I've seen a few sudden brake lights go on.

Of course, I will not do that if there are vehicles behind me or the person being the twit. I don't want to cause any accidents. Other than perhaps the one who makes it dangerous for us all.
Last night I came across one of those idiots who won't lower the high beams. After a couple of flashes, I just turned mine on and left them on. Probably not wise, but what's done is done.
