I thought sales tax for a car is no different from sales tax on other products, i.e. the flat sales tax rate of the county. However, when I saw some sales contracts for cars sold in Orange County, California the sales tax rate was 9% when the sales tax on other products is 8%. Where is the additional 1% coming from? Is there a city tax as well?
Do you have to insure them in business insurance? Then you can write off mileage?
You have to insure them in the name of the LLC, you can write off the whole expense of owning the vehicle (I think )
