Hello. I have an oil leak in a 2013 shuttle 26 passenger shuttle bus with 60k miles. I saw oil dripping on the oil pan gasket and around the tubes under the engine. I cleaned off the oil pan and removed all the dried up oil and put some cardboard under the shuttle yesterday to see if I can find the oil leak. I checked it out this morning and no oil dripped on the cardboard .

How in the heck can that happen? I see the hoses wet with oil and the oil pan gasket with oil on it but it didnt drip overnight?

It's leaking when the engine is running and everything is under pressure.

How many hours on the engine? Is it the oil pan or rear main seal? If it is part of a fleet, let the fleet manager know. Otherwise, keep an eye on the oil level and add as needed.

A blocked PVC will cause higher pressure in areas that will prompt leaks.
