I have a 2013 Ford Fiesta with about 25,000 miles. A couple of months ago it's started to vibrate while driving. It starts to shake/vibrate at about 20 mph and above but stops when I am idling or braking. It just started suddenly and I don't really have any ideas as to why.

Any ideas would be great!

How long since you had the alignment checked?

I haven't... I've only had the car since months and I assume that the dealership checked all that stuff when I bought it.

You know what assumptions do...

It starts to shake/vibrate at about 20 mph and above but stops when I am idling or braking.

Basically, car shakes when moving, with speeds over 20mph? It's balance. If it's alloy wheels, tell them to use sticky weights ONLY.

Could be a lot of things:

Tire problem (broken belt, balance, etc)

Alignment problem. Typically caused by something breaking.

Something breaking (Tie rod, control joint, maybe even a strut, but unlikely).

Transmission failure. Depending on the cause, this is the one thing that you can somtimes actually address with a potion (Torque converter shudder). It does nto solve the problem, but if can buy you a few more tens of thousands of miles. Not always, but it is worth trying before paying $2500 for a transmission rebuild.

CV joint (front wheel drive). This is bad. Maybe not as expensive as rebuilding a transmission, but there is not potion alternative and it is very expensive.

Wheel bearings. But you would also hear a grinding sound. Plus if it was bad enough to cause a shudder, your car would no longer be moving.

Lug nut. (loose, broken off or missing). That is your best hope. Costs about $14 to have it replaced.

You choice of music. You car might be dancing, or it could be shuddering with revulsion. Do you listen to Kayne West or Justin Bieber? Country music? If so, it is definitely revulsion shudder.
