You can't go wrong, Camry is a fine car. Are you talking 4-cyl or V6 Accord/Camry? I think the Accord EX is a 4-cylinder only. EX-L can be 4-cylinder or V6.
I had 2007 EX-L 4-cylinder, still miss that car. Big mistake trading it in, looking back I should have just kept it.
IMO, the V6 is nice but the 4-cylinder has enough power.
Back in 2008, we ended up with the 2007 4-cylinder because we were looking at a certified-used 2005 V6 EX-L with 30K on it. We put a deposit down at like 9PM and came back the next morning with a certified check to pick the car up after it was washed, etc. It turns out, people who previously looked at the '05 and got declined came back with cash at the same time and still wanted to buy it.
The sales manager gave me the choice, he said he'll still sell it to me and tell these other people they were SOL. Or, if I wanted, he'd give me a 2007 4-cylinder EX-L that they just took in trade with only 11K miles on it for the same price we had agreed on for the 2005.
I test drove the 2007 and decided to take it because with two more years of warranty and almost 20K less miles for the same money - it was a no-brainer.
The Camry is comparable. Almost traded the Accord in on one when we needed a sedan instead of a coupe, was looking at the 4-cylinder also.
Best of luck to you.

Floor it to pass someone or merge into fast moving traffic, and you'll see how awful they are. You don't get that sudden surge of power like you do when an automatic kicks down into 2nd gear, it's just a spongy feeling while the engine screams away. From a reliability standpoint, I'm sure Hondas are better than Nissan's.
OP is talking about 4 year old cars. The Accord came with a 6 speed auto then.
Toyota. Honda is not what it used to be. I actually rented 2014 Camry, which is about same car you discuss, for 1470 miles drive. 4 cyl. I landed with 43mpg HWY and she had plenty of power. As a rental, I gunned her all I wanted to. Just fine. All electronics worked fine, BT and all that. Streaming from phone. Good car. One of the best I rented ever.

Everything else being equal, I'd take the Camry over the Honda because of the transmission.
