Probably going to have to flush out the radiator, or better yet get a new radiator. The more you run the car, the more you will push it through the coolant passages of your engine possibly blocking those up.
It maybe fine or it may not be. The problem is that it can clog up the radiator or worse, clog up the coolant passages in your engine block. If you decide you take the risk and try it, keep an eye on your engine temps. Otherwise, you should do a full flush of the system.
I had a very expensive radiator that began to leak on one of my cars years ago, so I dumped in some Bars Leaks. A while later, I tore the car apart for a rebuild, and the insides of the intake manifold and engine cooling passages were completely clogged with something that looked like concrete. I had a hard time digging it out. When I took the radiator to a shop to have it boiled out, the guy said he had a hard time getting the tubes cleaned out.
Never will buy that product again.
