And I would say it's a for me.
Looked very good & I actually prefer the looks of it versus the new sedan.

I'll probably never own one (too small) but I think they should make a hot-hatch version.

(The one I saw may have been a higher trim level, because the wheels & rims were much nicer.)

I thought they did a great job on the styling for the hatch. I am not huge on the sedan and I thought the previous styling in upper level trim was much nicer.

But, it'll be available in a manual trans diesel engine variant, which should siphon away a large chunk of VW TDi owners...

i have the sedan, and im 6.1 and have plenty of leg room, and took family on vacation this past spring break.. no issues with room or cargo room.. They made it about 6 inches longer from previous years. i have the 17' and 13' cruzes at home. Good dependable cars for sure. Power is good, gas ranges is decent. 450+ in the 17 about same for the 13.

Gotta wait till 2018 for that.
I actually like the specs on my '15 better. They gave away some torque to achieve that 50+ mpg number.
46 mpg highway is good enough. I'd rather have the torque.

I'm 6 1 also and rented the 4 door and it was really roomy.

I have seen the hatch a couple of times recently, the first time I saw it from the side and I was like that is sweet, what is that?

This is one of the cars I've been looking at, the big advantages were (for me) price, it's rated as one of the best in its class (never #1 but usually top 3), and space (both passenger and cargo).
