Since 2013 American and Japaneses cars are adopting Audi LED technology in their newer car models. Audi had LED back in 2007 on Audi R8 when first came out but it really took off in 2010. I notice American cars are adopting to German cars now. BMW had something similar but it was Halo rings in it was re-designed in 2011. Even 2015 or newer Mustangs, Corvette, Ford all have adopting LED technology now
