So my windshield is pitted, 2 or 3 small cracks. At night or under direct sun, i get a weird glaze. I can see thru the glass pretty well, but imperfections are frustrating at times.
Is it worth it to replace the glass? Or can i have this problem repaired?

Sounds like a replacement might be a good move. It depends on what kind of a car and how much the glass costs, though.
$200 i can deal with. But the glass does have a special film on it, or so i have read.
I just had the one on my Chevy Avalanche replaced that has a an electronic strip across the top. It was $180 which included installation. Just stay away from the chain shops.
Can't hurt to get an estimate. There are shops that do this. Can and ask.
Caution: i've heard that Safelite etc may use cheapo glass that is prone to pitting quickly. YMMV, but if it's old you might be ok with cheapo glass, as the car might age out before you wear out another windshield.
It may just be haze. #0000 steel wool will fix that. There are many posts on YouTube. Especially check out Farm Girl.
