No, but they usually have cars that aren't worth the loan value, and trick people into getting some outrageous loan at a high interest rate. These guys, IMO, are lower scum that some new car dealers.
Yeah, and they got names like Drive Here Pay Here with all-Hispanic staff and clientele. Nothing wrong with that. They are just catering to a specific market segment but people know exactly what they are getting into.
I think the only options are A) Live with the mistake and retain good credit B) Beg for mercy C) Leave the car at the dealership and default on the loan.
