I'd love the chance to drive a Zenos E10S or Ferrari California.

I have an 04 350z convertible and it is the best car I've ever owned. Have 163k on the odo and have yet to see the check engine light... just basic maintenance to this point.
As for sports car, it handles perfectly on the backroad twisties and acceleration is quick and responsive. Plan on seeing just how many miles I can squeeze out of this car, currently I daily drive it 120 miles (round trip) to work in all iterations of LA traffic.
I am fond of Corvettes.... mostly because they are affordable cars that are lightweight.... hence works for my application, which is weekend drag racing. But, I like all sportscars and muscle cars.... not much I wouldn't or haven't owned at one time or another.
Here is my current.... a C6 Z06 Corvette set-up for drag racing.

I guess definitions vary, I don't consider a car a 'Sports Car' unless it has a folding/removable top.
My first sports car was a 1958 MGA Roadster, My wife had an Austin Healey Sprite. Next a 1972 Corvette Stingray. Next a 1994 Supra TT. Now that I’m 76, need something more comfortable and drive a 2016 AMG C63s. I liked all with the exception of the Corvette.
If money weren't an issue - it'd be a white 911 ragtop, new one of course. I love the Porsche 911, always have.
But seeing as how money is an issue, my favorite continues to be a VW GTI. On my 3rd one in a row and just can't part with it. This latest generation (2015+) is the best one they've ever made, no question about (and they've all been pretty damn good). If you get the "autobahn" version with all the trimmings, it's a lot closer to a baby Porsche than a VW Golf than people realize. And for roughly $500, the engine computer can be reprogrammed to unlock the power and really turn it into a frightening and fun car (one that you must respect or it will kill you quickly). Now that VW officially owns Porsche, it's pretty apparent the parts bins aren't too far apart from each other. The last version of the GTI (2011-2014) was more "Audi" influenced. It's like they walked down to the end of the office to the Audi side and said "take the GTI and spruce it up", which they did. It was nice, but lacking in certain areas. This current version, they walked down to the other side of the building to the Porsche guy and said "ok, your turn now", which they did spectacularly well. The same guy who set up the 911 GT3 did this current version of the GTI.
I'm not saying the GTI is a Porsche. But when you can buy a fully loaded CPO GTI for less than $25k, it'll get you close enough to save yourself the extra $75k, for most of us oldish farts who are too scared to really push it. I can assure you, it's scared the crap out of me long before I've been able to scare it, that's for sure.

I have an '03 350Z Track Edition coupe, which is my favorite car that I've ever owned. I've been toying with the idea of trading for a '18 370Z Nismo coupe, because it seems Nissan is likely to go to an I4 TT with the next gen of Z's, and I think I'd like something new before that happens, but I don't know that I can part with my current car.
