The worst example of parking I can give is when one person parks their car over two parking spaces

How about when one person takes up 4 spaces?

The absolute worst was in the parking structure of the medical office building I work in. As one would expect, the building is frequented by a lot of elderly people who rarely drive anywhere else except possibly to the grocery store. One such gentleman managed to drive halfway up the side of a woman's car when he attempted to force his car into a space at a very bad angle. I don't even know how he accomplished it, because his left front wheel was a couple of feet off the ground. Instead of backing out, he exited his car (through the passenger side) and came in for his XRay appointment. To his credit, he did leave a note. A woman barged into the waiting room with the note in her hand, and was screaming at the top of her lungs. She was obviously the owner of the other car. I was afraid we were going to have to call the police, but she eventually settled down. I felt bad for the old guy who apparently had nobody to drive him to his appointment.

cant see image but someone at my old job took 4 spots with the intersection of all 4 smack dab in the center of their car every single day. Wasn't even a nice car just a 2010 Santa Fe

The worst I have seen was in a video (I think on CD). There was black ice and a multiple car pile up. Someone got the bright idea of just jumping out of their car when the realized they could not stop and then many of the people behind them copied them.

Every few days. I park in a spot for those with disabilities. I park as far to the right (backed in) as possible, but still in the space. I do this because my door opens wide and I need room for my wheelchair. Every few days, the neighbor comes home at night, ignores the line for the next space on my drivers side, and parks partly in my space and the other space. It drives me nuts. Thankfully I'm moving soon.

Driving as if one is the only one on the roads for miles around! Committing turns, lane changes, stopping, going, whatever, without scanning for anyone else, on foot or on wheels.

I was entering the freeway and the car in front of me decided they needed to get off immediately and made a u-turn on the on-ramp.
