What kind of a car do you drive that does NOT have a vent cycle on your heating system.

I'd love to see a device which could disable the cell phone in the car behind me, next to me, and especially in that car swerving all over and ready to hit me head on on a two-lane road.
I am tall and I've gotten smacked by those self-closing/opening lift gates. Nor do I have the patience to stand there and wait until they close/open. This is another reason that I think a lot of these features should be options and not standard equipment.
