While I dont disagree with the spirit of the suit something tells me they stand to lose a lot more by suing John Cena. His fans number in the millions and he is universally known as an "all American Good Guy"
Huh? His all American good guy image is just that, an image. He’s a cartoon character that lives in a make believe world!!! Time to turn off the rasslin shows and come back to reality.

No his good guy image is who he is. He has granted more Make A Wish wishes than anyone by a huge number. Yes he plays a character and backs it up out of character.
He signed a contract when he bought the car that stated he couldn't sell the car for a stated amount of time.
Cena has plenty of money and lives a very good life, he needs to pay Ford and move on.
Who is with me in the thinking that nothing will most likely come out of this . It will be swept under the rug and handled quietly out of the public eye . I don't think that because someone has money they have class or brains .
He broke the contract, plain and simple. There were a ton of eligible buyers who were willing and able to purchase and abide by the rules, who got shafted by Cena just selling his to anyone with the money.
Reminds me of an IPO situation. Normally only the very rich get access to the best IPO offerings, and if you're allowed to buy in at the IPO price, you're normally told you have to hold the shares for a certain time period, they don't want investors to be dumping their shares for a quick profit. If you do sell your shares early, you're typically blacklisted and you'll never be allowed to purchase an IPO through that particular brokerage again.

I think Ford loses even though contractually, they are in the right. Why, it opens car buyers to being sued if they sell a car "too quickly."
Cena is a car guy but what I scratch my head with is the issue of him selling this off based on "expenses."
