I don’t base what I think of a car on the age of those who buy it.

Having owned both Mustangs and Corvettes, nothing beats a Corvette. Hands down more fun to drive. The Vette is a drivers car.

I've owned a few C6 Corvettes and previously a Mustang. Quite frankly the Corvettes have been excellent. The Mustang....well not so much (lost both motor and trans). The Corvettes were/are reliable, good gas mileage and will rip your head off should the need arise. After 3 years I sold my first one for what I paid for it! Try that with a Mustang!

How about a ‘16 or newer Camaro 2SS vert? You can get the best of both worlds.

Nice to read the old, worn out 'Miata is a chick car' jive is still alive in some peoples minds.
(and particularly ironic considering a lot of the posts are pointing out another old saw about men of a certain age compensating via V-8's)

I owned a Stang as DD and Vette as a toy for 7 years. Corvette hands down. Now I suck and still have the Vette and drive a Corolla.
