Is it better to replace all 4 pads and rotors at the same time?.
The rear needs them, but the front only have 10K miles wear.

Just pairs, either fronts, or backs. no need to do all 4 unless they are needed.

Just in pairs. If your fronts are still in spec in terms of rotor thickness and pad thickness, you can wait.

None of them pulse, which is the first sign of a problem on this particular vehicle.
I only did the rear, caliper pins needed cleaning and lube plus new rotors/pads.
