I miss my first car, 1980 Camaro. I loved the way it looked and it was a 4 speed!

I wish I could have back my 34 Ford Coupe and the 1972 Dodge Monaco Brougham 2 door. They only made the Monaco in that body style for 2 years. It's rare to see one today.
My grandfather gave that Polara when i was 16 in 1971 i just got my drivers license, I still remember the Chrysler play in the stearing wheel, the rear leaf springs and the left rear tire that was the righty loose lefty tightly instead of righty tightly and lefty loosely. Me and my friends had plenty of fun in that car during our junior and senior year in high school I remember putting a removable 8 track player in it as well.

My first new car: a '91 Honda Civic hatchback. $6800 new, no AC, no radio, four speed manual. Just a well built, basic model that worked beautifully.

As a kid my Dad traded and ended up with a 64 Thunderbird Convertible... it was a nice older car... with cruise, am-fm wonderbar radio... power everything.

I was so upset when Dad sold it for $1300...

He said the all the power equipment and the retractable convertible top that stowed in the truck would be problems is anything broke.

Often wondered if that car is still around... Blue with White Top... I was 10 but he let me drive it once around the church parking lot... we made Mom lower the top every chance we got and I think this is why Dad wanted it gone.

Also check Craigslist from time to time looking for the tractor my Grandfather had... single cylinder Diesel... it was the first tractor I drove and have the pictures... only 4 at the time but I would idle up and down the windrows gathering the hay...

If I won the lottery... I would buy both with money no object... build a garage in needed!!!

As far as my cars go... I still own most of them... about 50 vehicles in total...

I would love to have most of my past cars again.

1969 Pontiac LeMans sport Coupe

196? or 7? Pontiac Catalina. Huge engine (454 maybe?) with twin carbs. Sucked down gasoline like a lawyer drinks diet coke, but it was fun, fast huge, comfy, and we once had 21 high school kids in it.

1971 (3") Camaro RS (although there are a lot of other Camaros I would prefer to have, mostly older - I would still be happy to have this one back - minus the rust).

1980 Mazda RX7

19Idonotremember Subaru XT turbo (crappy car, but so many oddball cool features make it desirable).

1973 Jensen Healey (I have one, the the old one worked).

1996 Camaro Z28 (no longer a performance marvel, but one of the prettiest cars ever made and it has a lot of nostalgia because I had it for 18 years before giving it to my son).

There are probably a handful I am forgetting.

Now if you tried to give me back my 1980 or 81 Sunbird, I woudl jump in the river and swim away just to escape that horror.

I don't miss cars that I had but I have missed cars that I didn't buy!

1988 BMW M5- dealer let me have it for 2 days, we were about $2500 apart on the deal and I wouldn't budge. I should have bought that car!
