I've had Cont Control Contact Sport AS tires on my coupe for almost 4 years/20k mi. They seem to be a good tire. No problems. I was looking for an all-season that would perform in the snow for my short commute to work. I've never owned Toyo.

I use to buy Toyo tires, and found them excellent. What has been others experience with these two brands.
We have Continentals as well.

Both our Tiguan and our Alltrack came with ProContact TXs as their OEM tires.

We have accumulated over 10,000 miles of year-round driving on each vehicle and have been pleasantly surprised at how well these tires have performed, especially in wet or snowy/icy conditions.

These all-season Continentals perform better on snowy/icy roads than the Blizzaks we had on our previous vehicle, a 2013 Subaru Outback.

Additionally, both vehicles average more than 10% better mileage than the EPA estimates, with an acceptable amount of road noise, and no signs of excessive wear.

We are very pleased with the results so far and will probably replace them with another set when the time comes.
