Parking in crowd city crowd street, tried to backward and park closer to edge, then tire went above the sidewalk, and tire got flatted. Not sure if Costco tire warranty covers my parking mistake.
Changed the tire, and drove home (about 40 miles). Parked my car at my house, and realized something is leaking near to flat tire (front right). Then moved my car and parked in another spot, previously parked spot is not dried out after one hour (apparently it is not water). It is still leaking (Video:https://drive.google.com/open?id=108...i__xldzU7kPuyH ) The leaking part is too far the tire, no way to hit that part on sidewalk.
The "drip" I saw in the video looks very much like a water drip and it does not appear to be any type oil that you would have in your vehicle. Also, if that is asphalt where it appears to be staying wet, some asphalt will absorb water and will appear to be wet for some time. If you cannot smell the liquid on your fingers, it is probably water.
Two questions: Are you in an area of the country where there is humidity and were you using your AC before you noticed the "leak"?

I am in DC area, and it is summer, not humidity today. Probably it happened before (wet under the car), but I did not pay attention to it. I did use AC, since it is summer. I paid attention to it today, because tire flat.
Btw, you may have cut your tire on the sidewalk and if it cannot be repaired, Costco should pro-rate the tire and provide you with a new one. This is of course, if you purchased CostCo's road hazard warranty if it was offered as an option. I believe you must also have at least 2/32" tire tread left on the tire.

Yeah, it was humid today although not as bad as it could have been. As stated, likely condensation from the AC, completely normal.
If it is clear water, and since you seem to be located in humid Virginia, it is just normal drainage from your AC's condenser.
