Anyone used this service to sell their car?

I am being gifted a practically-new 2016 Prius from my grandmother (6000 miles, barely driven & kept in garage through our New England winters). The battery kept dying because my grandmother didn't drive it more than half an hour a week so it even has a new battery. I'm very lucky.

That means it's time to get rid of my very beat up 2011 Civic. It has scrapes, bangs, and dents, needs a new suspension, and the TPMS light is on. I really don't want the stress or safety risk of selling it to a private party, so I've been looking at services like Carvana, Carmax, and Vroom.

Vroom offered me the best deal by far - $700 more than the competitors. They'll also pick up from my apartment, which is convenient since I only have parking for one car.

Has anyone used this service? What was your opinion? Was it smooth?

Peronally, I'd have kept Prius and drive it. Not kewl but very reliable and super good mpg.

I am keeping the Prius. That's the point. But I have to get rid of the Civic and want to do it as easily and smoothly as possible.

My Civic isn't exactly the coolest either, but I see my vehicle as utilitarian rather than flashy. The Prius's MPG rate is way cooler than the newest, flashiest thing. The only downside is that it's not my signature blue.
