Way back in the day I used to think the Chevy Lumina APV was the ugliest car on the road. I was embarrassed to ride in one.
Now looking at it today, it's a piece of art. I love it. The grill & headlights are perfect. I wish current Chevy's looked this good. Weird how your preferences change through the years.
Yes, I remember thinking those were ugly. I haven't seen one in quite a while.
Sad thing is, it was a nice vehicle. Roomy, handled well, great ergonomics. Best visibility of any car I drove in the 90s. (I had one as a rental back in Germany. Sixt was a bit luck of the draw back when.)
But sweet merciful Christ, was it ugly.
The first Fiat Multipla. Wikipedia quotes an opinion that it looked like "a psychotic cartoon duck".
The ugliest car i have seen recently was an Infiniti station wagon/low crossover type vehicle...painted or wrapped in reflective rose gold.
Wth.
Gawdawful.
