Huh? They probably make more vehicles with 4 cylinder engines than just about anyone else. They also make V6's for a few of their larger vehicles. I believe the V6's still use transmissions with real gears in them.

Wow your definitely not with the times are you? Honda has been killing off the 4 cylinder for a couple years now. The accord doesn’t even have a 4 cylinder or V6 engine anymore.. The V6 is only available in like 3 models.

The Accord (and Civic) still uses 4-cylinder, which is now called 1.5L I4 turbo. Only the base Civic LX and CR-V LX still use regular 1.8L and 2.4L 4-cylinder engine, respectively.

It’s not naturally aspirated though is it? It’s a turbo. Thanks for proving my point.

Wow, you're definitely not putting anything funny in your vape stick, are you? If most of Honda's vehicles dont have 4 cylinders, how many do they have?

And from what I can tell, the 3.5L V6 is currently available in 4 of their vehicles. Passport, Pilot, Odyssey and Ridgeline.

Thanks for helping me prove my point.

The OP was specifically referring about naturally aspirated 4 cylinder engines. Did he mention TURBO or TURBOCHARGED anywhere in his post?

And from what you can’t tell, the 3.5 L V6 is dying and will be completely phased out in the near future. Aside from the Pilot and Odyssey, do you seriously think Honda sells many Ridgelines and Passports? Ironic how both these model vehicles were previously discontinued in the past too.

Oh and I don’t smoke (or Vape). Can’t say the same for you though since your definitely on something strong.

Thanks again for proving my second point.

I absolutely agree.

We have a DSG in our Alltrack and it makes driving so much fun, especially along twisty roads with curves.

Mcsangel has made it clear they're not interested in having anything to do with a manual.

Respect their choice, let it go and move on.

That was done in the early 50's. It's not very efficient. For a tractor, particularly a construction type tractor, hydrostatic drive is great. For a car it combines low efficiency with mediocre acceleration. These were what the term "slush box" was originally minted for.
