I’ve never lived in a place where people thought they didn’t have the worst drivers.
Milwaukee drivers think they're the best, and point to Illinois cars to prove it.
Montreal drivers are the worst, by far, no contest. Boston is pretty bad, but it is just a place to practice for Montreal, or Quebec in general, which is another planet.

The wife and I spent several days in Detroit several years ago (our daughter was attending some summer classes at Cranbook). I thought Detroit drivers were pretty good. Where have I experienced worse in the U.S.? Chicago, Seattle, anywhere in New Mexico.
But my vote for the worst drivers in the world is South Korea.
