I was kicking the idea around of going out to Southern CA for a week or so, I could fly out and rent a car, but driving out would be enjoyable to me, Im just not sure I trust my car to do it.
(2013 Honda CRV with 93K, with no current problems).

Yes. Ford Escape 2013 89K never had mechanical problems.
I drove a 2007 Honda Fit with 65000 miles across the country in 2012. Back across a year later at 75000 miles. I did put new tires on it before each trip, and of course oil service. No problems.
I have no idea how much your car has in common with mine, but it’s worth noting that at about 90000 miles, I started experiencing a “skipping “ engine that ultimately was fixed with a valve adjustment. About 5000 miles after that, the check engine light came on, and ultimately, the ignition coils needed to be replaced. The spark plugs were also changed. That was a couple years ago, and no problems since.
I wouldn’t drive this car across country now at 100000 miles, not sure if I’d dare drive your car.
My 2011 Outback currently has almost 99k miles on the odometer, and because I am very conscientious in regard to maintenance, I would not hesitate to drive it across The US, and back.

IMO, If your '13 CRV has been maintained 93k on a Honda is nothing and with
that said stuff can happen
If my 1984 Ford F-250 floated I'd take it to Hawaii
I know it's maintained and has never left me stranded wither it be
high elevation or a massive dust storm and everything in between with temps from 26 to 120 degrees
I would always do a thorough check before going. You never know something could be up, a long distance trip is like running a benchmark test on your car and any component that is about to fail could show up and you don't want that happen during a long trip.
Stuff that usually break on long trips are belts, tires, radiator, hoses, wires.

If you aren't aware of any current problems with your CR-V, and you've been maintaining your CR-V and not cutting any corners, sure, I'd be fine with it. The round trip will probably be 8,000 miles or less, depending on the route(s) you take. I owned 4 Hondas and had good experiences with all of them.
If you don't already have one, get a AAA membership for some insurance. You'll have a cell phone with you and Honda dealers are everywhere if you run into some bad luck.
My current car is a 2019 Forester with something like 11K miles on it. I'd be fine with taking that too.

Yep, tires should obviously be in good shape, and if you want to be conservative, you can actually just prophylactically replace thermostat, belts and hoses if they're still original. Can always ask the dealer's shop too. I asked about replacing the hoses prophylactically on my 2013 Accord at the 100K mile mark, and the service manager just told me they seldom see problems with the hoses on that car, and told me to keep my money.
