I don't think I trust C&D anymore, the results are more about who paid them the most in ad money than actual fair comparison.
If I were to give an objective comparison the Accord would probably be 3rd place. The Camry probably 1st or 2nd place. The Legacy is a 2nd - 3rd place for me The Altima is last and Sonata is 2nd to last.
I sat in a number of Accords and they are great cars no doubt about it but Hondas have had a lot of quality and mechanical issues the last few years. You probably heard on Scotty Kilmer too, that Honda's Direct-Injection is problematic. As much as we bash Toyota, the Camry actually improved a lot the last 2 years.
The Legacy is the most underrated car, it's the least powerful even at the highest trim and it's sad the H-6 is no longer offered. But it is equivalent to an Audi A4 in terms of performance with AWD.
I know that Toyota is offering AWD for Camry 2020 but their AWD system sucks but the Camry is still a very solid car with very few issues in 10 years+ of ownership. Accords are also reliable just have to watch oil consumption for that DI engine.
Camry of the 18 and 19 truly came back in terms of exterior styling compared to those boxes they had from 14 to 17.. But lokos like they are going backwards again. The 2020 looks like a maxima.
I sometimes confuse them with my ES 350 from the rear. I am sure you can load up a Camry to get close to the ES.
