Yah. It's aluminum
foil strips, not a big collision risk. But you have to know the wavelength that the radar (is it radar, by the way?) on the ABS (Automatic) systems operate on. Then you have to calculate the length of aluminum foil strips to maximize the reflection to the ABS sensor.
& if you cause the ABS to brake heavily & unnecessarily, you might cause an accident or injury to any people in the affected car.
Here's the bad news:
"Automatic braking systems use
laser, radar, and/or cameras to monitor driving speed and detect objects in the vehicle’s path. Some of these systems can even evaluate road conditions, such as rain or snow, and include them in their continuous calculations that allow them to be constantly on guard and prepared for a short stopping situation or possible collision.
"What kind of sensors and data does the system use?
"Forward collision warning and avoidance systems use
radar, video, infrared and/or ultrasonic sensors to scan for possible objects in front of the vehicle, and then use automatic brake controls to prevent or mitigate a collision Elements calculated include speed, distance, conditions, and braking pressure."
(My emphasis - from a vendor site - but you can search for your own data)
So, you have to be able to spoof all these systems. The game's probably not worth the candle.
