So this is something new I’ve never experienced in any car before and honestly I didn’t think it was possible.
So please bear with me as I try to explain it.
So in my wife’s Subaru on the drivers side when she has the heater on it blows at whatever temperature she has the heater set at. On the passenger side it blows like she has the blower on but it’s not COLD but cool.
Even when she uses the defroster it’s the same thing it blows cool on the passenger side and blows the correct temperature on the drivers side. Now my wife heard like something was caught up in one of the vents which is the only thing I can think of that MIGHT cause this.
The car does have the duo climate control as well.
louver door is not moving or leaves/debris trapped. Do you have a cabin filter? If so take it out and see if it's full of crap.

Cabin filter would affect air flow, not temperature. And a stuck louver door would affect where the air was going, for instance direct it to the floor when you have it set on defrost.
Since it's a temperature issue and only affects one side it's more likely an electronic issue in the temperature control unit itself.
Set's of flaps control direction and temperature on each side, moved by stepper motors or pneumatic valves.
Either one of these has failed or crud has jammed it or a link has cracked and/or fallen off.
Saab 9-5 is well known for this on the drivers side only and fail cold.
Heat out of one side can also be a symptom of a plugged heater core.
