Trucks are an important part of America’s economy, but I’m curious why Ford and GM don’t report the split between light duty sales and heavy duty sales. The F250 & above, and Silverado HD are in a different class of vehicle compared to the F150 and Silverado 1500.

Maybe because GM, Ford, and Ram all do it the same way.
Not sure I understand the purpose?

Because Wall Street doesn’t ask for it so they aren’t going to bother publishing the info.
