Sabine Schmitz, famed racing driver and television personality has passed away after a battle with cancer. She was very entertaining to watch on TV car shows and on the track. She had a fun loving personality and many in the car world will sorely miss her.
So sad. Cancer sucks. Sabine was extraordinary. 30k+ laps on the 'ring. Remarkable racing career. Regular presenter on Top Gear and Fifth Gear from 2006-on.
She was a great example of someone who knows exactly what they want to do in life (go fast, win, have fun doing both) and lets nothing stand in their way of achieving it.
