Personally, I haven't charged up my Tesla anywhere but my garage in well over a year as we use the X5 for long journeys.

There's no need to ask how these things add up--it's unlikely that he has any idea what he's talking about because he says some really goofy things about EVs that are pretty good indicators he either is lying or is so incompetent in learning how to operate the vehicle that it's not worth arguing with him.

I wish they would make a 2 door sports coupe electric car. I suppose they eventually will.

Yeah and in typical Tesla fashion, it will destroy everything else.

My 4 door family sedan destroys 99% of the cars on the road. Why lose the comfortable backseat?

They do make a Tesla 2 door Roadster. The prices start at $200,000, plus $50,000 more for a limited edition one. Put your order in today.

The Lucid Air series is awesome, but it's not an Everyman car - it's a big luxury sedan and priced like big Audi and Mercedes sedans. While the max power available is ridiculous, there are options from 480-1200HP, so you can get more sane power levels too.
