I'm thinking about purchasing some used 22"rims and tires. The tire size is 305. I have a 2002 suburban and the guy with the rims says the rims will fit on a gm Sierra or Chevy silverado from 2003 present. Is the pattern the same? Standard? Offset?

What size are the rims? What is the backspacing? What is the offset? What size tire?

305 what? You are missing two other sets of numbers. 305/xx/xx. Thats just the tire size, in order to know if they will fit your vehicle, you need to know the wheel size, backspacing and offset. With out that, there is no way of knowing if they will fit.

Pull out the jack and mount one. If it fits it fits.
