My vehicle inspection isn't due until the end of October. I was thinking of getting it done now if that's allowed...due to the fact that my tire tread is getting pretty low and I'm concerned it won't pass later on.
Normally, I'd just buy new tires and move on...but the lease on this vehicle is up in December. I don't want to pay for 4 new tires just to trade it in on something else at the end of the lease?
Anyone else ever had this problem?
And how early is it allowable to get the inspection done?
You can get a new inspection now which would be good for the next 12 months, so it would be valid through the end of your lease.
