Try maybe $500 for trade-in, $1500 retail. If that.

im in disbeliefe and here i am thinking im riding around in a decent ride feeling like a million bucks, damn i hate salesmen
...ummm...you probably wouldn't be able to "slap a class action lawsuit on his a$$" because it's really only you that got took. You alone making a bad deal on a car don't represent a 'class'. I don't know what your case would be. The man named his price and you paid it.

its fairly clean and has 239k miles on it,which isnt to bad considering its age....i got it at a discount says the salesman which i was happy for

the only real problems are it makes a buzzing and thumping sound loud enough to hear outside of the car when going under 30. the car looks decent but has a different color hood on it but it looks like a racing car the way the grey hood looks, kind of like i made it custom....the only repair it needs is the gas tank, it has a small leak, a small trickle and when i leave my driveway in the morning at least a quart of gas is on the driveway but i intend to get it fixed within the month because of gas prices....and other than the fact i have a non working stereo and am missing my spare tire and jack the car seems fine

overall im excited about my new car....i welcome any opinions
my 2001 honda accord (75k miles when i bought it) didnt cost $9439!!!

i really hope and pray you are joking.

You signed that contact and made the deal without doing any research. . Good luck with a lawsuit.

You paid about $7,000 more than what the car was worth if this really happened.

Something smells of deja moo.

That is my thought.

But PT Barnum summed it up quite well. "There's a sucker born every minute."
