2010 MUSTANG, ENOUGH TO HOLD OUT CAMARO?

2010 Ford Mustangs Specs
4.0L V-6: 210 hp and 240 lbs.-ft. of torque
4.6L V-8: 315 hp and 325 lbs.-ft of torque
5-speed manual or automatic transmission
No Independent Rear Suspension
Ford’s New 2010 Mustang - A Profile of Ford’s New 2010 Ford Mustang

Well I don't mind the looks of the new Mustang
Though I don't think it looks different enough
from the out going model
Interior supposed to have higher quality plastics but
Still don't really like both interiors of the pony cars(my opinion)
The spec sheet is the biggest let down, rumor is the ford mustang
will still be quite a bit cheaper than competition
So Guys What Do You Think ?

IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS TELLING THE DIFFERENCE WITH EARLY MODELS

2009 CAMARO

I'll take a Camaro. Way cooler looking.

Though I really prefer the new 370 Z.

I thought retro retro was in, not 80's retro. In fact, although the stang redesign for some reason makes me think of the 80s stangs, I would say I like those more than this. The camaro isn't much better. There really is minimal difference. GM sells out again. Too bad the Ram air trams am isn't still out. That car still looks good on the road today. and the 90's camaro's destroy this new retro wannabe. I look at it and I only think "it's the GM mustang"...

Unfortunately the way things look, neither of these really cool looking cars are going anywhere.

Both Ford & GM will be in CH. 11 by mid 2009.

Too bad the stang is photoshop...I generally dislike Ford, but their designs have been much better than GM for the past few years.

and they said these are the official 2010 pictures
Correct me if I'm wrong?
Though the front end of the convertible has me scratching my head. Why is it so different?
Someone said the GT will have a slightly different
Front end.Is this it?Doe's anyone here know?

I'd take the camaro. Although I must admit I've done some nice looooonnnnggg Brake Stands with three different 05-up Mustangs all 4.0 and the power was there...

There is no back seat in a mustang. The Camaro looks a little bit more comfortable. The Mustang windows are to high, ie. I want to drive down the road and steer with my right hand and rest my left hand on the window ledge. The Mustang's sits high...

I like the new Camaro better overall, but I think the new 2010 Mustang is a vast improvement over the current one. I really like it.

Im sorry, but the new Camaro is PUTRID, inside and out. It reeks of GM ugliness on the interior, thats just hideous!!!!!!! The exterior is too funky, not retro at all, goes too many directions at one time, a big eyesore basically. The Mustang on the other hand is clean in every sense of the word. Classic design in a classic car, one that has stood the test of time. The Camaro is the pretender here, and not even a good one at that. Id compare the Camaro to something like a SRT-4 Neon, not a Mustang any more. Gone are the fun days of the F-bodies vs Mustang Cobras. What happened to those days?!?! What Ford is left to fight against is laughable. Camaro, bow out, youre not in the Mustang's league anymore, sorry!

Just my 2 cents....
