Hi there!

I'm working on a research project for which the topic was assigned. I know nothing about car maintenance. I'm sure all of you are far more knowledgeable on the topic than I am. Could you take my survey here (Car Maintenance Survey) and then post what you thought of the survey? Should I add any questions? Did it make sense? I'd really appreciate it.

Thank you!
KSMP

A bit redundant on some questions.

The air filter question made no sense in that you wouldn't change your air filter that often. Most manufacturers recommend 15k-30k for change intervals, depending on conditions and vehicle specifics.

Good luck with your project.

Sounds like a filter survey for a company; not a maintenance questionnaire.I always just have the thing done at the dealership according to the factory schedule. Has always worked for me.

I stopped the survey at "What are three words that describe Purolator?"

I would agree, since if you answer the second question that you don't pay attention to the brand of oil and filter that your mechanic uses the survey shuts down.

I got kind of angry when I got to that as well but I just put some BS in there and it turned out those were the only two like it.

It's a good survey, for a marketing study. You seem a little shifty in the way you presented it here, though. Just tell us it's a marketing study for oil filters. We can handle the truth.

Sorry to seem shifty. This is for a marketing research project. We are taught not to present the subject of the questionnaire too early, because that can introduce bias in the results. Not my intention to mislead. Sorry again, and thanks for participating.
