1994 Toyota 4Runner- Just like mine
1990 Acura Integra Very similar to mine. Mine was white as well.
1995 Pontiac Grand Prix Mine was exactly like this one black and same rims.
1991 Nissan Maxima-My current daily driver. This is my car.
It WAS a virtually perfect 05 Malibu. Momma and I are banged up, no broken bones, we'll heal. The kid in the other car was OK too (thank God), he ate an air bag but that was just about it. His brand new car was a total loss as well.
I wish I had somebody else to blame for this but I don't. I pulled out on to a major highway directly in front of him.
There was a truck turning right in the outside lane and I couldn't see him in the inside lane. That's no excuse, I've got over half a million documentable miles in commercial vehicles and it's MY responsibility to LOOK for these kind of things. There goes my traffic record. I haven't been involved in a traffic accident in over 20 years, I haven't had a traffic ticket or even a warning in over 12 years.
As if that isn't bad enough, the kid turned out to be the son of a guy I know from our local car shows and a fellow Veteran.
You'd think in a town of 49,000 I could at least have a wreck with a stranger.

You know what, that is why they call it an 'accident'. You didnt mean for it to happen. Don't beat yourself up worse than the hit did. I'm glad no one was hurt worse.
