Here's the simple solution: Don't give these companies one cent of government money. Then they can do as they please. If they do well - great. If they go bankrupt - oh well.

And really - its NASCAR - its not like its anything important.

Actually - ticket scalpers are scum who don't deserve even treatment such as this. They can just all be rounded up and beaten with baseball bats.

I don't think the President really wants to jack with NASCAR fans... I haven't heard any media reports yet on this story.

If it's true... I don't like it. Though I appreciate the gov't putting some stipulations on the Loans they provide, dicating how they market would suck. These companies still need to market and NASCAR being the premier place for car enthusiasts, sounds like a good place to advertise. Maybe they can tone it down a bit, but still.
