We are not able to update our 2012 paid for map on our Garmin Nuvi 680.

Tried two computers and three browsers.

Continually get "Server 500 error" just like the thousands of other who posted complaints online. Garmin of course seems to think there is no problem on their end.

Support not helpful by email, canned responses, cannot reach them by phone.

I just updated mine earlier this week. Took maybe 1 hour to download (our internet connection is horrible). Even called customer service with a question spoke to someone within 1 minute of holding. No problems for me.
