I used to, back in my teens and twenties but not anymore. It's not so much that I think ill of the habit, I just rarely find I'm in a position to need to do it anymore.

Most of the time my wife and I don't eat while driving. The last time I did I ate a huge burrito from Taco Bell at night and didn't get any on me! I considered that an accomplishment.
Yes, my Wife is always stuffing me with something to eat, so that I dont fall asleep on long trips of an hour or more.

I was about 20 when one night after partying I was driving home, really sleepy, and eating a bag of cornnuts. A cop pulled me over for weaving between the lines. I explained to him that I was dropping the food all over the place, and he let me go home.
