Los Angelse mechnic for deployed soldier (vehicle, buy, Mustang, 2001)

Im looking to buy a used 2001 Mustang Bullitt in Riverside, CA. I am currently deployed with the ARMY, and my girlfriend will be checking the vehicle out for me. Is there a mechanic in the West LA/Santa Monica area that she can take this to to get looked at and make sure the car seeems healthy? Thank you

Not what you want to hear, but if I were you I'd try to look at the car yourself if at all possible before buying. How tuned-in is your girlfriend on what matters to you in this car?

One man's "near mint 2001 model" is another man's "tired old dog". I have gone to check out many cars that turned out to be not near as appealing to me in person as they seemed in internet pictures.
