Probably unrelated, get the code read and get back to us...Autozone and similar parts stores will read the code, write down the actual code as well as their diagnosis - the help at a chain auto parts store is a crap shoot, you may get some crusty old guy (or gal) that has been around cars since the 50's, or you may get a kid that was working at Micky D's last week, and knows nada...or anything in between.

I used 3 different code readers and nothing showed up. It's not a CEL light, it's the service light.

It's possible that it's kind of a fluke thing, since you had the battery disconnected - and it's possible it will go out after a certain number of cycles.

I don't know Nissans that well, but that'd be my guess, unless there is something else acting up on the car.
