Alternative to Uhaul Trailer?

Craigslist can be a savior or a nightmare... depends on your luck/smarts in using it.

$2000 seems a lot for a trailer... but I guess I"m not too surprised.

Used trailers start at around $200. New 4'x8' with sides and gate $400-$500. Not enclosed. Horse trailers sometimes go cheap and may work for you.
I'd pull a wagon before renting u-haul.

It's way too much. RobertJohnson's post is on par.

I had to buy my own because I had an Explorer - U-Haul refused to rent me an enclosed trailer due to the tire fiasco.
