To each its own. I think it looks like a mini Maybach or a mini Bentley for the price of what a real Maybach hood ornament costs. Kinda like a counterfeit Maybach
It might be unique and fun. It might be fun to drive, and be very useful. That still does not change the fact that it is butt ugly.
But it would be what it is if it wasn't so ugly. Think of people's reactions to the 1st VW Beetle. They had the same reaction then to the Beetle as people are having to the Cube.
KIA did get it right with the Amanti. Believe it or not, the Amanti is a very nice mid-sized (and affordable) vehicle:
it would of been better if it was RWD.

The Toyota Prius and Honda Insight are a close second as they are both hideous too.
