why can't they sell it to me for $100 as opposed to $12,000!!!
if i had $12, 000 I might consider getting it--I think it only had 22,000 miles on it
though i just took a 10% cut in pay today as did my entire office, i can't even think of getting another car
i wonder how much insurance would be--i'm in ny city. as much as a new car or would they consider it a ollectors item in some way, or just a jalopy? do you think thieves here would have any interest in a 36 year old mint condition beast?
Because the price of all the big dollar cars like 70-71 Cudas, 70 Challengers, 65-70 Mustang fast backs, 67-69 Camaros, etc....have all done up so all of the lesser models (station wagons, 4 doors) that no one would touch but for maybe a demo derby car....have also gone up. Sort of a domino effect. That and also people are still asking pre-recession prices hoping someone will bite....funny thing is not many of them are selling.....
nice wheel covers in 73. And like i mentioned a few months ago, the big Dodges seem more solid looking than the Plymouths. I don't know what they use to make them look better but I'll bet the Dodges were smoother and quieter riding than the Plymouths
But I have noticed the prices of '70s cars are increasing. Why? Dunno...
Guess you didn't understand when it was mentioned how "all the valuable old school iron is going up" so as a result, the "lesser valuable iron goes up as well"?
