Neither, they both started out as old people cars and transitioned into ghetto cars. Talk about never having a prime.

I'd take the Town Car. My grandparents had a 1994 Town Car, rode like it was on a cloud and was quite reliable.

I'd try to get a '91 without the passenger airbag; many passenger airbags of the early-mid 1990s, including the one in the 1990-1997 Town Car, did more harm than good. The 1990 Town Car initially came standard with dual airbags; a March 14, 1990 fire at the factory that made the passenger airbag's propellant meant that late-production 1990 and all 1991 Town Car's were built with just a driver airbag, but Ford offered free retro-fit passenger airbags after the plant came back online in late 1991. What would be ideal would be to be able to put a passenger airbag from a 1998 or newer Town Car in a '90-97, but I'm not sure if that could be done safely, or at all for that matter.
